Bracket Frogs LLC (“Bracket Frogs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of this Policy.

1. Lawful Use Only

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service in violation of:

  • Any federal, state, local, or international law
  • Gambling or wagering laws in your jurisdiction
  • Consumer protection laws
  • Data privacy regulations

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

2. No Use for Illegal Gambling

Bracket Frogs provides tournament management software only. You may not use the Service to:

  • Operate illegal gambling schemes
  • Facilitate unlawful wagering activity
  • Conduct lotteries prohibited by law
  • Promote or advertise illegal betting

Bracket Frogs does not collect, process, or distribute funds between participants. Any financial arrangements made outside the platform are solely the responsibility of the participants. See our Financial Disclaimer for details.

If your use of the Service presents legal risk, Bracket Frogs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

3. Account Integrity

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials
  • Impersonate another person
  • Create fraudulent accounts
  • Use automated systems or bots to manipulate tournaments
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the Service
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the platform
  • Interfere with servers or network infrastructure
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code

Any attempt to disrupt the Service may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or transmit content that:

  • Is unlawful
  • Is abusive, harassing, or threatening
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware
  • Promotes illegal activity

Bracket Frogs reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.

6. Fair Tournament Participation

You agree not to:

  • Manipulate tournament mechanics
  • Exploit technical bugs
  • Coordinate fraudulent activity
  • Use automation to gain unfair advantage

Bracket Frogs may void tournaments or remove participants if misconduct is detected.

7. Communications and Invitations

If you invite others to join a tournament, you agree to:

  • Invite only individuals you know or have permission to contact
  • Avoid spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Comply with applicable anti-spam laws

Bracket Frogs may restrict invitation functionality for abuse.

8. Suspension and Termination

Bracket Frogs may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate this Policy
  • Your activity creates legal exposure
  • You engage in fraudulent behavior
  • Required by law

Termination may occur without prior notice in serious cases.

10. Changes to This Policy
