DMCA / Copyright Policy

Effective: February 25, 2026 · Last updated: February 25, 2026

Bracket Frogs LLC (“Bracket Frogs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our tournament management platform (the “Service”) to do the same.

This policy explains how we handle claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including its location on the Service
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

2. DMCA Designated Agent

DMCA notices should be sent to:

Bracket Frogs LLC
Attn: DMCA Agent
17040 Pilkington Rd., Suite 200
Lake Oswego, OR 97035
legal@bracketfrogs.com

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within the time period required by law.

4. Repeat Infringers

Bracket Frogs may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content or disable accounts at our discretion.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload — including tournament names, logos, images, graphics, and custom branding — does not infringe the rights of others.

Bracket Frogs does not pre-screen user-generated content but reserves the right to remove content that violates this policy.

6. No Legal Advice

Nothing in this policy constitutes legal advice. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, you should consult an attorney.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA / Copyright Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
