This page explains eligibility requirements and jurisdictional considerations for using Bracket Frogs. Bracket Frogs is a tournament management software platform. Access to the Service is subject to the terms below.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or participate in tournaments on Bracket Frogs. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Bracket Frogs does not knowingly permit minors to use the platform.

2. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws in your jurisdiction.

Bracket Frogs does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of private financial arrangements between participants. If you choose to participate in or organize tournaments involving financial contributions outside the platform, you are responsible for determining whether such activity is lawful where you reside.

3. Geographic Restrictions

Bracket Frogs may restrict or limit access to the Service in certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to:

  • Block access from specific states or countries
  • Suspend accounts based on location
  • Require additional verification if necessary

Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.

4. No Public Wagering Platform

Bracket Frogs provides tournament management tools for private competitive pools. The Service is not intended to operate as:

  • A sportsbook
  • A wagering platform
  • A lottery operator
  • A gambling service
