Bracket Frogs is a tournament management software platform. We do not operate a sportsbook, wagering service, lottery, or financial intermediary. This page explains how financial arrangements relate to the Service.

1. Software-Only Platform

Bracket Frogs provides tools to:

Create and manage private tournaments
Conduct snake drafts
Track scores and margin results
Apply automated ownership transfers
Display standings

Bracket Frogs does not:

Collect entry fees from participants
Process payments between participants
Hold prize pools or act as escrow
Distribute winnings or guarantee payouts
Take a rake, percentage, or commission from user activity

2. External Financial Arrangements

If participants choose to collect entry fees or distribute prizes, those arrangements occur entirely outside of Bracket Frogs. Bracket Frogs:

Is not a party to any financial agreement between participants
Does not supervise financial exchanges
Does not verify payment
Does not enforce payment obligations
Does not resolve disputes related to payments

Any financial contributions or prize distributions are conducted independently by participants at their own discretion and risk.

3. No Guarantee of Winnings

Bracket Frogs does not guarantee:

Payment of prize money
Collection of entry fees
Fair distribution of funds
Financial performance of any tournament

Bracket Frogs is not responsible for disputes between participants regarding financial matters.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

Determining whether financial participation is lawful in their jurisdiction
Complying with all applicable laws
Managing and safeguarding any funds exchanged outside the platform

5. No Gambling Services

Bracket Frogs does not:

Accept wagers
Facilitate betting
Offer gambling services
Take a percentage of prize pools
Operate contests of chance for monetary consideration

Bracket Frogs is software designed to manage competitive tournaments.

6. Disputes Between Participants

Bracket Frogs is not responsible for resolving:

Payment disputes
Entry fee disagreements
Prize allocation disagreements
Participant conflicts

Participants are responsible for resolving disputes independently.
